Le Fournil is a small independent farmhouse located between Malmedy, Stavelot and Spa, in the heart of the Ardennes and close to the Hautes Fagnes nature reserve and the Francorchamps racetrack. It has all modern comforts.
A mix of the old and the new, a warm and friendly atmosphere and a very functional side make Le Fournil a place where you'll feel right at home. Add to that a beautiful green setting, a wood-burning stove in the living room and a terrace for when the weather's nice, and we're ready to welcome you!

Water and electricity are included in the price. We also supply 1 x 15 kg bag of pellets/day for heating when the weather warms up.
Smoking is not permitted in the house.
On the ground floor, the living room is equipped with a table for meals with friends or family, as well as a china cabinet containing all the essentials. A large pellet stove keeps you warm in winter. On the first floor, there is a sitting area where you can relax in front of the TV or the wood-burning stove. There's an office area for teleworking, and a comfy armchair under the skylight is the perfect place for a spot of reading.
Adjoining the living room, it is designed to meet the needs of a group of 4 people. It includes: sink, worktop, 4 hobs (ceramic hob), fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle, pots and pans, crockery and cutlery for 4 people. French windows open directly onto the terrace.
One bedroom with a bunk bed is on the ground floor. Another bedroom with a double bed and adjoining bathroom is on the first floor. The layout is ideal for a family with 2 children, but can also accommodate 4 adults.
With shower and bath, it adjoins the bedroom on the first floor.
The property consists of a south-facing lawn, bordered by a hedge, with views over the valley. The house is ideally situated for walks.
Facing due south, on the garden side, there is a small terrace adjoining the house. A garden table is available for meals in fine weather.
The house has a pellet stove on the ground floor and a second one upstairs. For your viewing pleasure, there is also a wood-burning stove upstairs. A barbecue is available on request. Dogs are welcome on the ground floor on request. Hiking and mountain-biking maps are available on loan. Please do not smoke inside and do not make noise after 10pm!
