The keys are always handed over at the owner's home (Chemin de la Bouvière 13 Meiz 4960 Malmedy). This can be done before 5 p.m. (if possible, depending on cleaning and bookings) by prior arrangement.

It has two levels: one with a table and six chairs and the other with a sitting area and open fire.
Adjoining the living room, it is designed to meet the needs of a small group. It includes: sink, worktop, 2 hobs, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle, pots and pans, crockery and cutlery for 6 people.
There are two 'cabin' bedrooms, each with a bunk bed, and a large bedroom with a double bed. The layout is ideal for a couple with 4 children, but may be suitable for 6 hikers...
It includes a shower area, a toilet area and a sink...
Spanning 10,000 m², the property features a large lawn, a small stream and a spruce forest. Children can explore and play in peace and quiet. There are sunny and shady spots at any time of day. A terrace adjoins the chalet. There is a garden table and barbecue.
The chalet does not have central heating. It has an open fire and electric radiators.
